YOUR COACH

I have been obsessed with financial markets since I was 16 years old. The first 10 years of that journey I let the stresses of trading destroy my body. Uppers and cigarettes during the day, downers and booze at night, eat anything always and repeat.

At 27 I was 270 lbs with high blood pressure, high cholesterol and a doctor said take drugs or take an early dirt nap. I took the unbeaten path and got to work. I educated myself on nutrition and exercise science. I transformed myself from a fat drunk to a natural bodybuilder. During this same time I went from trading treasury futures in my moms basement to Head Trader of a HFT firm.

Now I have lost 100 lbs. I am cigarette and alcohol free since 2019. I have practiced Transcendental Meditation everyday since 2019. I no longer abuse prescription medication. I am happily married to an amazing woman. I learned how to love myself. I now work as a Personal Trainer, Transformational Health Coach and I operate as an Independent Trader.

The markets are a source of income and a tool of self reflection. The better Trader I become the better Man I evolve into.
